Surgical Principals' products are distributed and/or manufactured for use only by qualified medical personnel. Equipment is warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials. Any Surgical Principals product with such defect will be promptly repaired or replaced within the warranty period set forth by the product's original manufacturer at no charge to the customer.
The warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, mishandling or improper care of the instruments and equipment. Consult the applicable brochure, instruction manual, and other information which is included with the product and/or otherwise available from the company upon request. Since Surgical Principals represents a broad range of products from many different manufacturers the specific warranties and return procedures vary.
