Thoroughly inspect the condition of your shipment immediately upon arrival. Please check for shortages or incorrect items. If any discrepancies exist notify Surgical Principals immediately. All merchandise is carefully packed to prevent damage in transit. Our responsibility, however, ends with the delivery of the merchandise in good condition to the transport company. We are willing to assist you in every possible manner to pursue claims for loss or damage but this willingness does not make us responsible for collection of claims or replacement of merchandise.
